About Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology

Waiariki is the key tertiary provider in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, centrally located on the North Island.

Between 6,000 and 10,000 New Zealand and approximately 800 international students come to Waiariki each year for diplomas, degrees, graduate and postgraduate qualifications. They graduate with the skills and knowledge needed to become successful and start their careers.

Being situated in a region of such natural beauty provides plenty of opportunities to wind down, or up, depending on your adrenalin needs. Some of these activities include mountain biking, white-water and flat-water kayaking, horseback-riding, hiking, soaking in hot pools, and bungy jumping.
