Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs grades A*-D including music or a relevant Level 1 course plus English and maths. You will be invited to an audition and interview.

Curriculum

The course consists of the following units:

  • Working in the Music Industry 
  • Professional Development in the Music Industry 
  • Planning and Creating a Music Product 
  • Exploring Musical Composition Working as a Musical 
  • Ensemble Exploring Computer Systems used by Musicians 
  • Producing a Music Recording Developing Music Theory

 

All students will also study Functional Skills as part of this course
